Welcome to Desaign. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Desaign offers a platform for creating and purchasing custom T-shirts and hoodies with images generated by AI technology, specifically DALL-E 3.

2. User-Generated Content

Users can create custom designs using DALL-E 3 guidelines. Desaign is not responsible for the content created by users and does not endorse any user-generated content. Users must ensure their content does not infringe upon the rights of others. Desaign reserves the right to remove content deemed inappropriate or infringing upon copyright.

3. Liability and Disclaimer

Desaign provides a platform for creating and ordering custom apparel. Once an order is placed, the responsibility of Desaign ends with the successful printing and shipment of the product. Desaign is not liable for dissatisfaction with the final product's appearance due to the user-generated design.

4. User Conduct

Users must not misuse the website or create illegal or offensive content. Desaign reserves the right to cancel orders and terminate accounts for misuse.

5. Payments, Returns, and Refunds

Payments are accepted via credit card (Stripe) and cash. Due to the custom nature of the products, returns and refunds are not available except in cases of defective or damaged products upon arrival.

6. Shipping Policy

Desaign ships products within the European Union using DHL. Shipping rates are determined by DHL's current pricing.

7. Privacy Policy

User data collected by Desaign, through Stripe for payment processing, is used solely for shipping and order fulfillment purposes. Desaign will not share user data with third parties.

8. Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring their designs comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Desaign disclaims any liability for non-compliance by users.

9. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

Desaign reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and effective immediately.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Croatian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zagreb, Croatia.
